Data Retention

• KYC / AML Records: Retained for the minimum period required by the Operator's licensing conditions following account closure. This is typically five years in most regulated jurisdictions, in accordance with standard AML record-keeping requirements.
• Support Communications: Retained for up to three years following the resolution of the relevant matter, to enable accurate dispute handling and to identify patterns of fraudulent or abusive contact.
• Analytics Data: Anonymised or aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely, as it can no longer be used to identify any individual.
• Cookie Data: Session cookies are deleted when your browser session ends. Persistent cookies expire in accordance with the defined cookie lifetime (typically up to 12 months for functional cookies).

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.
