Section 01

Introduction

Welcome to 777nx (referred to throughout these Terms & Conditions as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 777nx is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 777nx governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all content, features and services made available through https://777nx.cam.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. By accessing any portion of the 777nx Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 777nx Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access any page of the Platform, regardless of whether you have created an Account.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you individually and that entity.

777nx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

Section 04

Account Eligibility

To register for an Account and access gambling-related features through 777nx or any linked Operator platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction of the Operator you are accessing.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of 777nx or any linked Operator where prohibited by the Operator's terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or active exclusion programme with the relevant Operator or regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

777nx and its linked Operators reserve the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including valid CNIC, passport, proof of address and liveness checks — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

Section 05

Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, date of birth, preferred currency and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15. 777nx and linked Operators shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Only one Account per individual is permitted. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether to circumvent exclusions, claim duplicate bonuses or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Account credentials must not be transferred, sold or gifted to any other person under any circumstances.

Section 06

Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 777nx Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, Operator systems or other users' accounts through hacking, password mining, automated scraping or any other means.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to access, interact with or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of software errors in relation to Operator gambling services.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent exclusion periods or otherwise abuse promotional structures.
• Using VPN, proxy or anonymising technology to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing services in prohibited jurisdictions.
• Reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works from Platform Content without written authorisation.
• Uploading or transmitting any virus, malware, ransomware or other malicious code.
• Engaging in conduct that is harassing, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful to other users or to 777nx personnel.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, permanent ban from the Platform, forfeiture of any balances, and — where applicable — referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Section 07

Bonus & Promotion Terms

777nx publishes educational information about the types of bonuses and promotions that may be offered by Operators. Any specific bonus amounts, percentages, free spin quantities or PKR figures cited on this Platform are illustrative examples only unless expressly confirmed as live offers by the Operator at the time of access.

The following general bonus principles apply across most Operator platforms, though users must always verify the specific terms applicable to any promotion before claiming it:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses are typically subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30×). The full wagering amount must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: A maximum per-bet or per-spin limit applies during active bonus wagering, commonly in the range of PKR 200–PKR 500. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute substantially less, or zero.
• Expiry Period: Bonuses must be used within a specified time window — commonly 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Uncompleted bonuses will be removed upon expiry.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Winnings generated from free spins or bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout limit, regardless of the total amount won.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most welcome bonuses require a minimum deposit — commonly PKR 1,000 or higher — to activate the promotion.

Section 08

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment References

777nx references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC, ETH and USDT — for informational and contextual purposes only. These references do not constitute endorsements of gambling by any payment provider, nor do they guarantee that these methods are available for gambling transactions in Pakistan or through any specific Operator.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are governed solely by the Operator's payment terms and conditions. 777nx is not a party to any financial transaction between a User and an Operator. We are not responsible for failed deposits, delayed withdrawals, currency conversion fees or payment-provider restrictions.

Users should be aware of the following general payment principles:

• Deposits are typically credited immediately upon confirmation; processing times may vary by method.
• Withdrawal processing times are set by the Operator and may range from 24 hours to several business days depending on the payment method and KYC status of the account.
• Operators may require KYC verification before processing the first withdrawal. This is standard regulatory practice.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Users must verify the correct network and wallet address before initiating any crypto transaction.
• PKR amounts mentioned on 777nx in relation to payment thresholds are illustrative and may differ from the Operator's current minimum deposit or withdrawal limits.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All Content on the 777nx Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, user interface design, source code, trademarks, logos and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777nx or its respective licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or duplicate any Content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform Content.
• Publicly display, distribute, broadcast or transmit Content without authorisation.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from any Content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

Any use of the 777nx brand name, logo or trademarks without prior written consent is strictly forbidden. Requests for authorised use of intellectual property should be directed to our support contact provided in Section 15.

Section 10

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The 777nx Platform and all Content thereon are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, 777nx disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

777nx does not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• Information provided about third-party Operators, bonuses or payment methods is complete, accurate or current at the time of access.
• Any Operator referenced on the Platform is currently licensed, operating or accessible from your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 777nx and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through any Operator platform accessed via or described on 777nx.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own negligence in securing credentials.
• Failure or delay of third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunity.
• Actions or omissions of linked Operators over whom 777nx has no control.

Responsible Gambling

777nx is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of this Platform. The following principles apply to all users:

• Gambling is for entertainment purposes only and should never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
• You must not gamble if you are under 18 years of age or below the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

777nx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, 777nx will take reasonable steps to notify users through a Platform notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

If you disagree with any amendment, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Section 14

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the 777nx Platform operator is incorporated or registered. Specific governing law details are available on request through our support contact.

Any dispute not resolved through good-faith negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, at the option of 777nx. Users waive any right to participate in class action proceedings to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law. 777nx makes no representation that its content or linked Operator services are lawful or accessible in Pakistan, and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a user's decision to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
